A: I only use Fruit of the loom Heavy premium cotton (US Brand) for adult sizes and GILDAN Youth (US Brand) premium cotton for Kids size.

A. Yes. You'll receive a preview before printing. We only print after your approval.

A. Yes! Minor revisions are allowed to make sure you're 100% happy with the design before printing.

Since the product is personalized, I only accept full payment or a 50% down payment before processing orders to avoid cancellations after production starts.

A. 50% down payment to start. Remaining balance must be settled before shipping. I accept payments via GCash.

A. Cut-off for orders is every Thursday at 6 PM. All orders will be shipped every Saturday or Sunday via J&T Express. Once picked up, delivery usually takes 1–3 days within Metro Manila and 2–5 days for Visayas & Mindanao. Tracking number will be sent for your reference.
